Refund policy

Damages:
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged so that we can make it right.

Returns:
We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

Returned products must be new, unused, and in original packaging. 

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@bluecrowncookingtools.com. We will provide return instructions via email.  

Customer is responsible for return shipping fees.  

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. We will process the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
